The whole seller cycle in one panel
Six steps, from finding the product to seeing the profit. Each step leaves data for the next: the purchase price from the analysis goes into the purchase order, and the batch price from the purchase order goes into the profit calculation.
- 1
Find the profitable product
Upload your wholesaler list. It is matched against our catalogue by EAN; commission, shipping and VAT are deducted and net profit comes out product by product.
- 2
Raise the purchase order
Order the products that passed the filter from your wholesaler. The batch price goes into the cost ledger and the profit calculation uses it.
- 3
Take the goods in
Scan the barcode and put it on the shelf. Or plan the shipment going to bol's warehouse — your own warehouse and LVB live in the same panel.
- 4
List it and price it
Open your offer, complete the missing content, set your rule. The repricer chases the buy box while protecting your floor.
- 5
Sell and ship
The order lands on the desk: pick list in shelf order, shipping label and packing slip in one click.
- 6
See the profit
When bol's invoice arrives the estimate becomes a measurement: realised profit by order, product and period.
What's inside the dashboard?
More than thirty decision screens, from product research to post-sale reconciliation — all fed by the same profit engine. The groups match the panel's own menu: what you read here you will find in the panel under the same name.
Find Products
The start of the cycle: from a wholesaler list to net profit. Before you commit to a product you look at the market — size, saturation, price band, brand lock.
Wholesalers
Upload your Excel/CSV price list; columns are detected automatically and the template is set once. The wholesaler directory and shared pool live on the same screen.
It does not place orders with the wholesaler; it reads the list. In the shared pool only lists that were shared and approved are visible.
Profitability analysis
Net profit including commission, shipping or LVB fees and VAT. Maximum buy price, margin and monthly profit potential per product, in one table.
An EAN that does not match is never invented; it is reported as unmatched. The calculation rests on the purchase price you enter and the commission we measure.
Favorites
Track the products that come out profitable. Get told when the price, the competition or the wholesale cost moves.
It is a watchlist: it never orders or changes a price on its own.
Products
Search a 1.8-million-product catalog by EAN, brand, category or price. Every row carries a monthly sales estimate, seller count and price history.
The catalogue is not all of bol, only as much as we have crawled. The sales estimate is our own measurement — not a figure published by bol.
Categories
Market size, median price, the 10th–90th percentile price band, sellers per product and the leading brand's share — at category and brand level.
If measurement coverage falls below threshold, market size is left BLANK. That doesn't mean there is no market — it means we couldn't measure it.
Best Sellers
Best sellers per category. You see where demand sits before you commit to a product.
Not bol's official ranking — our own measurement.
Products › Best Sellers
Search Terms
Which search terms are rising and which are fading. Catch the seasonal wave before it passes.
It shows the trend, not absolute search volume.
Niches
Category–price pockets with demand but few sellers. Find the gap before you walk into the crowd.
It tells you competition is thin, not that the niche will be profitable — profit is what the analysis calculates.
Search Terms › Niche
Partners
Send a product that came out profitable to the person you work with: the product card goes out as a WhatsApp link or as e-mail text. Who received what stays in your own ledger.
The ledger is yours alone and is never opened up to the shared wholesaler pool. It gives your partner no access to the panel — only the product card is shared.
Settings › Sharing
Supply & Warehouse
From the ordering decision to the shelf: when and how many to buy, and what happens when the goods arrive.
Purchase Orders
Raise the order to your wholesaler from the panel; as goods arrive the lines close one by one. Every batch's purchase price is written into the cost ledger and its history is kept.
No FIFO or batch-level costing: the profit calculation treats the latest purchase price as the cost.
Stock & Ordering
Stock ÷ sales velocity = days of cover. Count the lead time back and you get the reorder date. Seasonal planning comes from the same three numbers on the same screen.
It tells you the order date; it does not place the order for you.
Goods-in
Scan the barcode and the open purchase line comes up; enter the quantity, scan the shelf and it moves into stock. Handheld terminals, keyboard-wedge scanners and a phone camera all work.
There is no offline queue — the warehouse needs internet; if the connection drops, the step fails on screen.
Warehouse › Goods-in
Warehouse
Stock movements, counts and locations, tied to the inventory value that feeds your profit calculation.
It is not a WMS. The boundary is stated on the screen itself.
Shelf / Bin
You define location codes and the picking order; it prints Code128 shelf labels as a PDF, and you move goods from shelf to shelf.
Stocktaking is per product; there is no shelf-level count.
Shipments to bol (LVB)Beta
Plan the shipment going to bol's warehouse, announce it to bol and follow its status from the panel.
The first live announcement has not been verified yet, hence beta. Physically moving the boxes stays with you.
List & Sell
Requires a bol.com accountOffer, price, buy box and content: every offer you have, selling or not, on one screen.
My catalogue
Every offer you have, selling or not. Buy box share, competitor price, offer health and threshold/profit columns product by product; competing sellers' stock sits in its own tab.
Competitor stock is measured on request; it is not tied to a continuous scheduler.
Repricer
Rule-based repricing: it chases the Koopknop while protecting your floor, and probes the price upward once the buy box is won. You set rules one by one or in bulk.
One rule per store. A bulk rule does not write the floor price or the target — those stay per product.
Koopknop
The offers where the buy button sits with a competitor, sorted by missed visits. Price advice per row: how to win the box without going under your floor price.
bol awards the buy box; the panel only shows which offer is behind and why.
My catalogue › Koopknop
Content
A missing-field score shows why an offer falls behind in search results. The title, description and brand you fix are written to bol in one click through the extension.
Only title, description and brand are written; bullets and attributes are not. What writes is always your own browser — the extension only reads on bol pages.
Advertising
Your Sponsored Products report plus the one column that changes the decision: break-even ACOS. bol can't compute it because it doesn't know your buy price — we do.
Read-only. Campaign management stays in bol's dashboard.
Rankings
Shows where your product ranks for which search term, how much of its visibility is organic and what changed week on week. My Store says "what earns"; this screen says "why".
bol returns rank data for only part of the catalogue (~6 per cent at the first measurement). Where the denominator is incomplete the organic visibility share is NOT written — the cell stays empty.
Orders & Customers
Requires a bol.com accountToday's work and everything after the sale: which order, who picked it up and by when — questions, invoices, returns and reviews on the same desk.
Order Desk
Orders land on the desk the moment they arrive, sorted by urgency. bol's shipping label, the NL/EN packing slip (with EAN-13 and QR code) and the pick list in shelf order are all on the same screen; you see who on the team took which order.
Buyer data is anonymised after 14 days. The shipping label is not printed from the phone; you get it on the desktop.
Customer Questions
Customer questions gather at one desk: who took it and how much of the answer window is left. As the deadline nears, the bell badge warns you; you send the reply through your own SMTP.
bol has no questions API — questions are read from your mailbox (IMAP). Sending over SMTP is off by default; you turn it on.
Customer Invoices
Issue an invoice for an order: multi-rate UBL, credit note, your own logo and numbering series. It sends over the Peppol network (via Docnaut), and you can upload it to bol as well.
If the buyer's Peppol address is not in the directory, the invoice is not sent over Peppol. This is not your subscription invoice — it is the invoice you issue to your own customer.
Returns
Return rate and what it costs you. See at a glance which product leaves its profit on the returns desk.
It shows the return reason as far as bol provides it; bol decides on the return.
Comments
Not the lifetime score, but the average of the reviews RECEIVED IN THE PERIOD. A drop past your threshold turns into an alert; the intervention tab shows which product is hit by which review.
We do not send review-invitation e-mails: bol hands over the customer address as its own relay address, and no marketing goes through it.
Shipping
Shipping cost from parcel size and tariff — this is the figure that enters your profit calculation.
It is not a carrier integration.
Settings › Shipping
Store & Finance
Requires a bol.com accountScreens that look at the whole store rather than a single product — and the answer to "what did I earn": not an estimate, but a measurement from bol's own invoice.
My store
Units, revenue and profit for the products that actually sell. Which one carries you and which one only makes revenue — shown separately.
The period comparison is our own measurement; because of day boundaries it may not match bol's own dashboard figure exactly.
Profit & Loss
Measurement, not estimation: bol's invoices plus the purchase cost you entered. Net result per period, broken down by product and category.
Missing data is never counted as zero — anything we couldn't measure is shown separately instead of being hidden in the total.
Order Profit
REAL profit per order, from bol's invoice. Which order made money and which one melted away in shipping.
This is not order management — the Order Desk does that; here it is profit measurement.
Profit & Loss › Orders
Performance
Which product actually earns: realised profit per product. Invoiced, confirmed lines and still-estimated ones are shown separately; the cost comes from the batch price on the purchase order line.
Missing data is never counted as zero: a line without an invoice is flagged as an estimate, not hidden in the total.
Profit & Loss › Product
bol invoices
What bol's invoice really contains: commission, pick & pack, storage and return costs. Next to it, the LVB fee audit — it lists line by line what was charged under the wrong parcel class.
The tariff figures still need confirming, and you open the claim with bol yourself.
Reconciliation
A line-by-line diff between bol's invoice and your own order records. P&L assumes the invoice is right; here you verify it.
It shows the difference; you raise the dispute with bol yourself.
bol invoices › Reconciliation
VAT Summary
A VAT summary per period plus a CSV for your accountant, with sales, returns and commission separated out.
It is a DRAFT summary and does not replace a filing.
bol invoices › VAT
Cost Floor
The gate that stops the repricer from going below cost, next to a "losing money today" list: every offer that slipped under break-even.
The gate stops the repricer; it does not roll back a price you set by hand on bol.
My catalogue › Cost Floor
Account Health
Your performance indicators on one screen, so you see which threshold you're drifting toward while there's still time.
bol measures the indicators, we only read them — you cannot change the thresholds from our panel.
Alerts
Buy box loss, wholesaler price changes and stock running out are scanned regularly. The same event is not reported over and over.
You set the thresholds, and you can build your own rules — only fields we can genuinely measure are offered.
Top bar › Notifications
Multiple stores
Connect several bol stores to one account. Switch store from the picker at the top left and every screen filters to it; alerts arrive per store too.
Warehouse and wholesaler screens are store-independent — a box on the shelf does not care which store sold it.
Account
The panel itself: guide, language, phone, integrations and subscription.
Guide and support
A video guide explaining what each screen is for sits inside the panel. When you get stuck you open a support request from that same panel and read the answer there.
There is no live chat: support runs through the panel form or by e-mail.
Integrations
The panel talks straight to wholesalers that have an API: the price and stock list refreshes without uploading a file.
Today only wholesaler APIs can be connected. There is no carrier or accounting integration.
A panel in four languages
The panel, e-mails, PDFs and the extension in four languages: Turkish, English, Dutch and French. You can enter the French-speaking Belgian market in its own language.
French went through machine translation and was then reviewed. Legal texts (terms, privacy notice) stay in Turkish and English.
Mobile appComing soon
A warehouse app for Android and iOS: goods-in, picking in shelf order and instant order notifications.
Not published in the app stores yet. There is no offline queue, and the shipping label is not printed from the phone.
See the profit on bol.com itself
While you browse a product page, the monthly sales estimate, net profit and target buy price appear right on the page. No need to switch to the dashboard.
- Works on bol.com product, listing, basket and seller pages
- Also reads wholesaler pages and Amazon product pages
- EANs are only read when labelled — an unlabelled number is never treated as an EAN
- Shows the content task you sent from the panel on the product page; you write title, description and brand to bol in one click
- Its interface is in the same four languages as the panel: TR · EN · NL · FR
- It never steps into bol's own flow — it only reads and draws its own box
- A signed zip from the dashboard — you don't depend on the Chrome Web Store

We write down what we don't do, too
A limitation discovered after signing up costs more than one read before signing up.
We don't publish what we can't measure
If coverage is below threshold, market size stays blank instead of being invented. Missing data is never counted as zero in a total.
On bol pages we only read
The extension never steps into bol.com's own flow: it reads, draws its own box and sends its own requests. Nobody changes your basket, your order or your content on your behalf — what writes to bol is always your browser, on your click.
We do not send marketing e-mails to customers
No review invitations, no campaign mail. bol hands over the customer address as its own relay address; marketing through it would go beyond what the customer agreed to.
We don't take over bol's job
Ad campaigns and selling permissions stay in bol's own panel. We are on the measurement, decision and operations side.
We don't produce filings
The VAT summary is a draft and an input for your accountant. It does not replace an official filing.
The rules are yours
You set the alert thresholds, the repricer floor and the minimum margin. An imposed threshold is a switched-off notification.
Plans
Upgrade or cancel anytime.
Every plan unlocks every screen — plans set your analysis volume, they don't withhold features.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use it without connecting my bol.com account?
Yes. The Find Products group and the profitability analysis work without connecting an account — your wholesaler list and our catalogue are enough. List & Sell, Orders & Customers and Store & Finance open up once you connect your store.
Do I need my own bol.com API key?
Not required. The catalog and sales estimates come ready. Connect your own key and you get live prices and the exact commission rate; the sales-side screens run on that key too.
I have several stores — are they all in one panel?
Yes. You connect several bol stores to one account; switch store from the picker at the top left and every screen filters to it. Repricer rules and alerts are per store as well. Warehouse and wholesaler screens are shared — a box on the shelf does not care which store sold it.
Is the panel available in French?
It is. The panel, e-mails, PDFs and the extension come in four languages: Turkish, English, Dutch and French (Belgium). The French texts went through machine translation and were then reviewed; the terms and the privacy notice stay in Turkish and English.
When is the mobile app coming?
The Android and iOS app is written — for goods-in, picking in shelf order and instant notifications. It is not in the app stores yet, which is why we say "coming soon" here; we will announce it in the panel when it goes live. Until then the warehouse screens also work from a phone browser.
How do you send an invoice over Peppol?
We build the invoice you issue for an order as a multi-rate UBL document and hand it to the Peppol network (via Docnaut); credit notes take the same route. If the buyer's Peppol address is not in the directory the invoice is not sent over Peppol — you keep it as a PDF and can upload it to bol instead.
How is the Chrome extension installed?
Not through the Chrome Web Store: you download the signed zip from the dashboard, unpack the folder and add it to Chrome with "Load unpacked". The dashboard walks you through it step by step, and the extension badge tells you when a new version is out.
What happens when the trial ends?
14 days free, no credit card asked. When it runs out your account pauses but your data stays — pick a plan and you carry on where you left off.
Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes — upgrading and cancelling are one click in the dashboard. No commitment.
Which languages does the interface support?
Turkish, English, Dutch and French. Change the language at the top right; the preference is stored in your browser.
